Iceman is the best of the best. He graduated out of Topgun with the highest score in points. He pilots the F-14 and slider is his co-pilot. Iceman flies without mistakes for the most part but eventually it comes to the combat exercise where he and Maverick go head to head against each other and he cut in front of Maverick causing them to go in to a flatspin.
